Our Promotion in Manhattan Magazine

Over the years, my extensive expertise in the field of Ultrasound has not only allowed me to work clinically and as an Ultrasound professor, but now I have the incredible opportunity to expand into the field of non- invasive aesthetics.

I had my “lightbulb” moment several years ago while attending an educational conference in NYC. At the end of the intense three-day conference, I was intrigued by a presentation regarding teaching ultrasound principles and imaging to individuals who lack ultrasound backgrounds, yet were providing Ultherapy treatments. I recognized both a new avenue within which I could practice my craft & explore the aesthetics realm of ultrasound as well as the need to provide patients with safe, effective treatments1,2. As a result of my moment of enlightenment, I opened Rejuvalift LLC and proudly began working alongside plastic surgeon Dr. James Brady exclusively in Southampton.

Ultherapy is an alternative to invasive and risky surgery or injections2 and I love how often the results put a smile on my clients’ faces when they look at their reflection*! The treatment allows both men and women the option of tightening skin without the cost and lengthy recovery time surgery requires1. With the war on aging, Ultherapy has proven4 to be superior to lasers or radiofrequency because it can get to the deepest support layers of the skin This FDA cleared2 ultrasound technology initiates and stimulates the collagen production process. Collagen regenerates, it plumps, lifts & tightens the skin1.

For many of our clients, results gradually unfold as soon as two weeks after treatment*. Maximum results are typically reached over a 3-6 month time period1. It is a compelling option for those with mild to moderate skin laxity and wrinkles, as well as for those who would like to proactively deter the sagging skin that may come with aging.

The Face, neck & décolletage are not the only areas that Ultherapy may be effective3. Many patients in their 40’s begin to see loose skin over the eyelids, knees and under the upper arms or “batwings”. Ultherapy is a tightening option for these areas as well as loose stomach skin after pregnancy or weight loss.

The majority of my clients are women whose age ranges from 30-82. However, we’re seeing Ultherapy is a trending treatment for men’s skin. Regardless of age, men have a higher collagen density than women.

I am often asked who I consider the ideal Ultherapy candidate. From my experience, patients who are in good health & maintain a healthy lifestyle are good candidates for Ultherapy. Other candidates for this treatment include:

  1. Someone who does not “need” a facelift yet, and wants to prevent the signs of aging before they manifest;
  2. Someone who cannot medically undergo a surgical procedure;
  3. Someone who does not want a surgical procedure; and
  4. Someone who has had previous surgery and needs a little touch up.
My decision to exclusively specialize in Ultherapy was based on the recognition that no one’s anatomy is the same; therefore each treatment should be customized for the individual. As a seasoned Ultrasound practitioner I can accurately interpret the Ultherapy image and determine what tissue DEPTHS to treat at as well as what FREQUENCY of sound is appropriate to use for YOU!

My expertise allows me to provide treatments with minimal discomfort. I am thrilled to be a part of the future of natural aesthetics!
