Have you experienced Ultherapy treatment?

“Yes, not only do I provide Ultherapy treatments, but I am an actual Ultherapy patient. At 43, I had noticed some changes to my skin and elected to have Ultherapy done as a preventative, anti-aging treatment.”*

What are the benefits of Ultherapy?

Ultherapy is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that stimulates the growth of new collagen through the use of focused ultrasound waves1. Results may take three to six months to appear because the production of new collagen occurs over time. The actual procedure only takes one-two hours depending on the area being treated.

Is this procedure safe?

Yes. The FDA has cleared Ultherapy as a safe procedure for patients2. In over 100,000 treatments, Ultherapy has been performed safely, and it has a proven track record of use in the medical field for over 50 years.

Does Ultherapy Hurt?

While patients do report feeling warmth and tingling during the procedure3, some amount of pain is to be expected as energy is delivered to layers of the skin. A temporary sensation means that the collagen process is being started, which is a positive sign.

How Long Do The Effects Last?

In a clinical study, collagen stimulated during Ultherapy has been shown to last at least 180 days after the procedure1. However, skin also ages as this happens, so we recommend touch ups to maintain the therapy’s effects. Individual results vary from case to case*. Maximum treatment benefits & results depend greatly on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, skincare and sunscreen use.

What Are The Side Effects?

In a recent clinical study, 0% reported serious and otherwise adverse events1. Our clients indicate any side effects after treatment are temporary in nature*. These include a slight redness for up to an hour or so following the treatment, and a small percentage of patients may also experience slight swelling, tingling or tenderness to touch temporarily*.

What Is The Cost Of Ultherapy?

The cost is determined by the area being treated and the extent of treatment needed. This procedure typically costs anywhere from $450 up to $5,000, again depending on the extent of the treatment area. Pricing Page

Who Is A Good Candidate For This Treatment?

Patients who are in good health & maintain a healthy lifestyle are good candidates for Ultherapy.
We recommend the use of Ultherapy for patients who have skin with some degree of looseness and lack of firmness. Some signs of this can be a lowered eyebrow line, sagging eyelid skin or loose skin along the jaw as well as on the neck and under the chin. Typically, patients who use Ultherapy are in their forties or older*.

Ultherapy is not a substitute for a full surgical face-lift; however, it is ideal for people who do not desire surgery but would like a natural appearing lift1. There are also candidates who are younger (starting in their thirties) who want to pre-empt the aging process by undergoing this procedure.

What Is Collagen?

Collagen is a protein that is produced naturally in the body. It is the protein responsible for keeping skin looking firm and youthful, but as we age, these proteins lose their strength. Ultherapy uses ultrasound waves to create a thermal effect, which will kick start the collagen repair process to both strengthen existing collagen and produce new collagen1.

What Are The Areas Of Treatment Recommended For Ultherapy?

We recommend that patients use Ultherapy for the chest, face and neck areas, as well as for help lifting the skin on the chin and brow.
